Payment & Security

Any transaction made on this site is completely private and secure. We use  the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This ensures that your details cannot be accessed by any unauthorised person. Look for the yellow padlock in the bottom right of 
your browser as you enter the payment section of our site. 
 
Please note that all gift baskets must be paid for prior to despatch. You can pay by either Visa - MasterCard, Delta, Debit Card, or Switch. We are unable 
to accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

 

 

Delivery

For mainland UK deliveries the cost of delivery is included in the price of 
 
Please note that it is essential that you provide us with a delivery address, 
with full postcode, where someone will be able to sign for safe receipt of your gift basket. Delivery will be made either by courier, DHL or Parcel Force depending on which is most appropriate.
 
 

Overseas Deliveries

To send gift baskets outside the UK mainland, including the Channel Islands

Your happiness with products from Basket2U.com is our primary concern.
We want you to come back! If you are in any way unhappy with your gift basket please let us know within 48 hours and we will either refund or replace faulty goods. Please contact us by E-mail or on 0800 7830 216 (Int. +44 144 441 6845) between 9a.m. and 7p.m UK time. Please note that we are only able to refund or replace goods that are damaged or inedible and that are returned to Basket2U.com. Please keep proof of postage of any goods that you return to Basket2U.com so that we are able to make a refund to you where appropriate.
